Terms of Service
Last updated: October 10, 2026
By using Domain Monitor, you agree to these terms.
The service
Domain Monitor (operated from domain-monitor.net) provides automated WHOIS monitoring with email and Telegram notifications when tracked domains change status (e.g., approaching expiration, becoming available).
Account registration
You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You may not share your account.
Acceptable use
- You may monitor any domain you have a legitimate interest in.
- You may not use the service for spam, harassment, or to violate any law.
- You may not attempt to overload the system, scrape WHOIS data in bulk, or reverse-engineer the service.
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.
Pricing and billing
Basic plans are limited to 3 domains. Paid plans (currently $7/month or $70/year for the Pro tier) renew automatically until cancelled.
Payments are processed by PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize PayPal to charge the amount of the chosen plan on the recurring billing cycle.
We may change pricing for new subscribers; existing subscribers will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance of any price change affecting them.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy for details.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. WHOIS data is provided by third-party registries that may be unavailable, rate-limited, or incomplete for some TLDs. We are not liable for missed notifications resulting from third-party WHOIS server issues, network outages, or registry policies.
No warranties
Domain Monitor is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to deliver accurate and timely information, but we cannot guarantee that every notification will be delivered or that all domain status changes will be detected. Do not rely on Domain Monitor as your sole defense against domain expiration; always set up registrar-side renewal reminders as a backup.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost domains, lost revenue, or lost data.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are inactive for extended periods, with reasonable notice where practical.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Israel.
